How PHYSICAL Returns Work at Conjuror Community…
As with all other aspects of the Conjuror Community Store, we strive to make our returns as simple and easy for you as possible. We think you’ll love the items in our store, but in the unlikely occurrence that something goes wrong, here’s how to return your item.
NOTE: Before you submit your item for return, make sure you read the return policy below:
- You can return your physical product up to two months following the original purchase.
- You must return your product in its original condition, complete with packaging.
- Your product can be returned for an exchange only, not cash.
- You must pay shipping on returning your product, and on the shipping costs for your replacement (regardless of listed shipping cost on site). The only exception to this is items that are faulty. If you have a faulty item, we will cover the expenses of mailing it to and from you.
How to Make Your Return.
Now that you know your product qualifies for a return, here’s how to actually go about it.
Step 1: Get in touch. Just drop us an email at support (support @ conjuror.community) letting us know your problem and the reason for requesting a return. We can only return an item if we’ve been notified of it via email beforehand!
Step 2: Our support team will review your email and give you a 'returns number' within a day.
Step 3: Send the item to us in its original condition and packaging, along with your 'returns number'. We cannot be held responsible for any damage in transit, or items that go missing in transit; so we advise you to package your items well and obtain a proof of delivery.
Step 4: We will send your replacement item once we have received and processed your item. This won't take too long - we promise!
